Getting Legit

We want to make sure everyone has a good time on the water and one aspect of that is to know your Rights, Responsibilities and everyone’s accountabilities.

Get a head start on the onboarding process by filling in these contracts.

Rental Agreement

Only the primary renter (payer) of the vessel needs to review and sign the Rental Agreement

Waiver

Please send this to each of your companions to signed prior to boarding: Waiver

What to expect

The journey is up to you.  If the rental is less than 3 hours we’ll stay on Lake Union and Portage bay.  Cruise along the water front and check out the Houseboats, city skyline, the vibes and good people watching.

If you have something specific in mind please let us know ahead of time and we’ll try to accommodate.

To cruise Lake Washington it takes 1 hour to get to Lake Washington, and 1 hour back.  Therefore reservations longer than 3 hours are required.

Port of Call

Or there’s more in front of Duke’s Restaurant near by.

Stay in Touch With Team

There are likely many questions you will have on this voyage. We prefer to use WhatsApp messenger to support your trip. WhatsApp is great for group chats, video calls, pictures, file sharing and provides many methods for us to best support you. If you don’t have this, let us know and we can find another method.

A group chat will be created before your voyage. Our team members’ will be there for you every step of the way. Keep it handy as they will be your main point of contact.

Otherwise you can always reach out to the office listed above.

  • Music
  • Sunscreen
  • Layers of clothes

On-Boarding

The clock starts at the time of your reservation. Allow time beforehand for parking, gathering the group, and getting prepared to board.

Once you board the vessel, bags and items should be stowed and secured. While underway items can be thrown around by the motion in the ocean, so be sure your items are secured. Your captain will verify security before departure.

Before departure the captain will have a brief safety moment requiring everyone’s attention.

Do’s and Don’ts

Don’t:

  • High heels
  • Glass bottles (large bottles okay)
  • Pets

Do:

  • None marking shoes
  • Cans or plastic containers
  • Bring music
  • Have fun

Once underway, absolutely no sitting on the bow, or side rails. The captain will inform the group when it is safe to move about.

Off-Boarding

Once the boat is safely tied off, and the captain says it’s safe to off-load you can grab all your stuff and begin to recount all your fond memories.

A tip is not required but if you had a good trip, leave a tip! I’m sure the crew would appreciate it. Customarily between 10 – 20%
