What happens if there is incliment weather?

If there is inclement weather that makes it unsafe or impossible to go out on the water, we will work with you to reschedule your rental or provide a refund, depending on the circumstances. Your safety is our top priority, and the decision for departure is at the complete discretion of the Captain, or if the customer does not feel safe.
